Reforged Neutral City Structures animation fix

This bundle is marked as pending. It has not been reviewed by a staff member yet.
At some point I was dissapointed that some of the City and VIllage buildings don't have propper death animations and cannot be used as Destructable objects.
So I decided to fix that.

Please note that Clock towers are rotated 90 clockwise and their scaling is changed.
All other buildings are having the same angle and scaling as native ones.

Animations added:

- Portrait
- Birth
- Death
- Decay

Is Elven Village Building 0 supposed to have a destroyed Night Elf Fishing Village building inside it, though...? :peasant-thinking:
Night Elven fish village destroyed building had good burned geoset that I decided to use for it. Also it was already animated.

Do you plan to do this to other buildings as well? Such as all the Dalaran buildings? These are all incredibly useful. With a little ORM work, you can add team color and use these as actual buildings. Fantastic job as always from a CSW member.

Ah yes, my apologies. I meant we as users can easily add team color, not that I was asking if you were. :p

Amazing models I wonder will you be able to fix the Magic Vault building animation just like you did with those buildings ?
