reducing the size of maps any tips?

i made this map its 11mb but im only going to play via lan , does the 4mb max also count for lan?
Can anyone tell me how to lose some of the extra stuff that i wont be using?
Or other methods of reducing the size of the map ?

if you use many custom sounds/models/skins you might need to remove some or compress.
o and the 4 mb limit counts for lan as well.

Use vexorian's map optimiser too... took 28% off my maps.... but it won't take of 7 mb.. that's for sure.
