Reduce Model size.

Hey every one.
I've created a knockback spell (found it somewhere to be honest)
but I got a problem with the dust that appears as an effect.
You can find the model at Spawned Effects-Impale Dust.
What I rquest here is to make this model 3 times smaller so it can look better in game.
