it looks like its just command aura with the devotion aura texture placed over it, plus a colour change. i'm not sure if it's enough to be approved at this stage.

now.. some unholy runes could do good, but if you put 'em as an angled circle around or in the center of the aura, you could also make the runes spin.

maybe some other colors other than red :3 if you go at dark look.
