could someone please reconstruct my spell, dont change the effect but make the coding better, +rep and credits will be given to the one who does so

I'm not guaranteeing anything. The spell is an abrupt effect spam, all it does is make a star with a circle around it. But I'll take a shot at it. Please learn from what I'm going to create for you, mainly on how to actually use Jass.
