Looking for anyone that can recolor armour into black that will have closely similar filesize as original one, i tried to do it but my skin's filesize is 1mb since im not used for this magic stuff

You need to convert blp to dds or png, or any format that a Digital Image Manipulator program can handle(Photoshop, GIMP, etc.), and after that you can recolor it to the desired color easily.
