Recolor Request

erm, im not sure if anyone does this, but since i dont have anything more than paint and i-mage, i was hoping someone with more know-how and programs can help me recolor the skin of the Cthulu from green to Red (and keeping the team color in tact).


Does anyone think they can do this without too much time/trouble/inconvienence on their part?
