There are no programs for WC sounds

Why? Cause they're wav sounds

There are heaps of programs for recording wav sounds

And there's a program on your computer at this VERY instance that can make it so what you type is played back

Doesn't say "Soy" correctly though

ok thanks, and i know about the windows Xp speach program but i need one that show emotions like anger or questioning or Evil.
