Random failure of going to User CP

For some reason I got this when trying to goto my user CP, was cured by a few refreshes.

I got the same thing just a minute ago but it had some different text than that screen shot, but its about the same.

I got mine going to forums

If you can post the entire error message here including everything, that would help a lot. We've seen this error before and Ralle or I may be able to fix it quickly with a little more info.

EDIT: I got the error myself, and made some changes to hopefully fix the problem.

Post here if you see any more errors, but hopefully it's fixed.

Has the permissions on the files changed recently?
I also had a problem when I tried to use php to copy over a picture. I'd like the server to get complete access to most files

Well, the RSS XMLs didn't have write permissions for the web process, so I fixed that. I'm not sure about the other files though (and I'm not sure how the vBulletin upgrade might have changed them).
