Random chance to do 'actions'?

im not exactly sure how to get a trigger to do a random chance... what im trying to do is make it so that every 600 seconds theres a random chance that the weather will change... i tried using 'for each integer A' but i dont know how that would work... im just not very sure :? if someone could give me the actions or any ideas that would help

Yeah, just look around in the actions, there's a randomisation trigger somewhere, it allows you to give a variable a random number.
