Radar-like Minimap Image

As you can see in this link
I want my mini-map to kinda look like that
I saw once, Counter Strike game in Warcraft III, they made it somehow, the minimap, turns to be like that
Can anyone do this ?

This is for my assignment, I'll be doing my presentation on Warcraft III World Editor, hehe
NOTE: I DON'T WANT ANY ADVICE OR STEP-BY-STEP AS I DON'T WANT TO DOWNLOAD ANY OTHER EXTRA TOOLS THAT YOU ASK ME TO DOWNLOAD, THANK YOU ;D. ALL I NEED IS TO PROVIDE A SIMPLE TEST MAP ;D (64 x 64).

128x128 or 256x256 tga image file!
Name it war3mapMap.tga
It will replace minimap and map preview screen at same time. But if you import war3mapPreview.tga as well, mapMap will work for minimap and map preview for map preview

No, I mean the test map file is 64 x 64 its map size, not about the image file
Also, I can't understand one word from what you just stated

I told you, I only need a simple test map with a size of 64 x 64 with that Radar Image for a Mini-map.

He says that to change the minimap image, The path file should be "war3mapMap.tga".
The file should be in TGA of course.
While to change the preview image of the map, The path should be "war3mapPreview.tga".

If you want to put a radar as a minimap image, Find a nice radar image and convert it to TGA and resize it to 128x128 pixels. Then import it to your map and rename the path.

This is what I am talking about, I don't ANYTHING about converting this to that or whatsoever
I believe it includes the usage of other tools that needs to be downloaded, right ?

I don't need "radar animation", I just need a static image of a radar, like the one you did in your test map, but can I make a further modification ?
I just need it to be like this (since this image can take space full screen of the mini-map than the previous one):
