I don't totally understand this question... but you can use skins on any kind of map not just campaigns... if that helps you any.

thnman it rely does help alot. Oh and i have 1 more question.. can you make war3 skins work on war3x? or like convert them somhow?

All skins no matter what version are just skins for that part it doesn't matter, the only diffrence is when your importing really, war3 is a longer process than war3x. but the skin format is still the same no matter what it's just an image. wrapped around a model.
