Quick Variable Type Question

Hello, Hive. I know this question might be sort of "nooby", but does anybody know what variable can be used in the event "Player - Keyboard Event?" I though it would be player since it does refer to players, but that didn't work. If the Player type variable isn't used in this what is, and how is the Player type variable used anyways? Is it only for Player Groups?

Players can be used here but if it is not initialized it will be null, so the event will not work. Player variables can be used if you are adding events via triggers. Also player variables allways used in Jass.
