If youre asking what the Quest button is titled ( Quete = Quest in french, as far as i know ) then go to the Advanced tab, go to Game Interface, and change it. It should be somewhere under text or something ( note that you need Use Custom Game Interface enabled )

Aye, as i said for ON it, but if you want to add quests IN it, make a trigger

Quest - Create a (Required/Optional) quest Titled (title) with Desctiption (description) using Icon (iconpath)

NOTE: if you are just using quests for info, Required will put it on the left, and Optional will put it on the right. If this is for a campaign, you generally put quests you HAVE to complete Required, and those you can if you feel like it Optional.
