(Question) Spirit Link with Runed Bracers

So, if a hero is affected by Spirit Link (Damage distribution abillity) and it has one or multiple Runed Bracers in their inventory, will the hero take reduced 'spell' damage from Spirit Link, Take the same distributed amound of damage or take less damage, but distribute more to the other linked units?

Spell immumity wont affect this, because the hero wouldnt be able to be affected by Spirit Link in the first place, right?
