Question about negative damage

These will all do full damage to all armor types.

  • Unit - Cause Mountain King 0000 <gen> to damage Mountain King 0000 <gen>, dealing 500.00 damage of attack type Chaos and damage type Divine
  • Unit - Cause Mountain King 0000 <gen> to damage Mountain King 0000 <gen>, dealing 500.00 damage of attack type Chaos and damage type Unknown

I am not talking about armor types, those are easily set to reduce damage by 0% in constants. I am talking about armor value -- eg if they had 14 armor, would that reduce damage negative damage? Unless you are saying that the damage type would change how armor effects it as opposed to attack type. Never saw any vastly differentiated effects from the damage type. It seems to have minimal effects on the actual number iirc

edit: well it seems you are right, the negative damage caused against my unit with 10 armor is returning the exact real number give or take ~0.1 when it is divine damage, as opposed to normal which is being reduced
