Can you change the weather effects in Reforged yet?

Can for example I make a sandstorm across the map in high quality? Can I make rain look much more realistic and increase it?

Does anyone have any examples or tutorials or videos of this?

The only efficient way I have seen so far worked before Reforged, and seems to remain the only way : making custom weather effect sfx model, and then modify the Weather.slk to integrate the model.

There is a beautiful model like this here :
Leaves Weather Effect Fixed

But don't take my word for it, I have actually not checked if Reforged accepts modified Weather.slk.
