Quest to construct a base

I was trying to search for it but I can't find anything on first pages.

Since I'm trying to remake history of WarCraft I and II into III, I run up into several strange problems I've encountered never before, though I lost some time messing with WE before.

I want to know what conditions/events I need to place to check that player had constructed Barracks and 3 farms. I tried "number of living units player owns" but it don't work.

You do:
Farmcount Integer

Pick Every Unit in (Playable Map Area) matching (Matching Unit) is of Unit-Type XXX and (Matching Unit) belongs to (XXX Player)
Loop - Actions
Farmcount = Farmcount + 1

Then you have the Number of Farms owned by a certain player
