Well... This isn't gonna be approved... Your using waits, it's cinematic (generally a bad idea for systems), map specific, all this stuff isn't going to allow this system to be approved...

I suggest you read some tutorials, or maybe the rules if you're unaware of these requirements.

Also your additoinal systems or whatever aren't really all that good, as some of those as well use TSA's. oh and flash move leaks.

Map-specific, other-wise its a pretty good idea if you add a bit of zen to it if you know what im saying ^^ sry but im pretty sure this won't be approved in its current state
