Hi and how can i make a quest that requires a level? help please.

Example:the hero is level 1 and the level req. of the quest is level 15 you need to be level 15 to get this quest.
And can you please send a example of the quest?

Here is an example of a footmen giving a quest. The hero may only receive the quest if he is level 15 or higher.
