Putting team colour somewhere else

I have changed the Spell Breaker skins shield, but when I start the map with the skin, then there is only the team colour.
Is there anyway to take it away?
Please help!

Right-down corner in photoshop, there is an option called Alpha 1. Then paint the black part (looking like a shield) white.
