I like the Horde more, but still Velen is a awesome Alliance leader I kinda like the Draenei which makes me want to see him in WoW.

Well actually the skin of velen apart from other draenei is white like ivory, it is by the lore, in wow he is light blue, but in boks he is white so it is good i think, but if you think you can litttle bit fix the texture

Orcnet, as Sellenisko said, by the novel his skin was stunningly white. In WoW however his skin is not the same as mentioned.
But we decided that novel was in our case a more realiable source of info and so he's white.

Brilliant. Skin is indeed abit to white, however... This is the only Velen model I've seen here so far, so free REP for that! Besides a few kinks in the model, great!
