well first of all, you have terrible skinning issues at the jaws.
Secondly, assuming you use 3ds max (because you forgot to mention what software you're using!), you can change the background from the Environment panel (hotkey 8). And what the heck do you mean by "clean" look? Man, if you want help, ask accordingly! Give more information.

ARE YOU FREAKIN KIDDING ME!?!?!?! 10 MINUTES? My god man, what are you using a 486 with 16MB RAM? Or did you render at a 5000x3000px or something? That's just not right man...
Anyway, you can never say that you "don't care about polygons", because it doesn't matter what you make your model for, the arrangement of polygons (topology) is ESENTIAL and it's VITAL to know how to use your polygons well. What you made there is not critique worthy, it's just too bad, just like all beginners do. That's not to deiscourage you, because after a period of learning you'll be able to do stuff better and better. It's a normal learning path.

Yeah I'm pretty bad at modelling, especially for Wc3.

I dunno how to count polygons.

I dun know how to get Chamfer to work ( I can't even see it in the Modifier area, do you need to Convert to Mesh or Poly? )

UV Unwrapping is the biggest pain in the ass, and I'm pretty bad at it as well. How do you make it so it mirrors? Anyway, here is some more practice I've been doing.

I'm using Max9 so I can't export to Wc3 anyway. WTB SC2, so I can actually see my models in-game.
