Projectile Z Impact and Launch not Adjusting

In my map I made all the units smaller in order to create the feel of the map being bigger. With this of course comes adjusting several things on the units like shadows and what not. I need to adjust the height of the projectiles launch and impact so that it doesn't look like the character is firing from their head and hit the air above the target lol. I tried editing the "Projectile Impact - Z" and "Projectile Launch - Z" but no matter how much I reduce them, it seem to have no effect, the projectiles act exactly the same as defaults. Any help on this is much appreciated!
