Problems with light or shadows

Does someone know what this is? I don't know what is causing it
the shadows on buildings, cliffs, trees, dont get darker at night, and become even brighter when day

I am not sure if this will help but have you tried "calculating shadows"?

Thanks mate! The problem still appears sometimes but at least is not staying permanently, and for me that's good enough
