I am the first to admit that I'm a bit of a noob at all this trigger-editing stuff, but I love to create things, so I've been tinkering a bit with the World Editor. I've gone through a lot of the tutorials here, I'm working on getting a custom campaign started, but I've run into a snag already
All of the tutorials on game caches and carrying over a hero from map to map reference this Game Cache - Save (Last Created Game Cache) action, which doesn't seem to exist! Is this the reason why the hero will not restore when the second map loads? Because I can't put in the command to save the game cache? I can create it, set it as a variable, store things in it, and in the new map I can create it (again), load all data, and try to restore, but I get nothing in terms of a stored unit.
Can anyone help with this problem?
