Problem with Unreal Tournament 3 mod

I downloaded The Haunted mod for UT3 (which I bought yesterday) and installed it and everything, but when I run the mod, it opens Unreal Tournament 3. Am I doing something wrong? The mod was installed with its own installer. Please help!
