problem with programs

ive been having a problem lately with all of my editor tools, viewer, magos, mdxcov, everything. what happens is i can open my tools just fine but as soon as i convert something or try to remap a texture in viewer or anything else the program just closes out. so i have to reopen the programs and try to do it faster so i can finish what i was doing before it closes. i dont think its a virus because its only effects the warcraft 3 editor tools. any help would be appreciated, thanks.
