Problem with Models...

So I am importing a model for my map... But I have a problem when I try to replace a units model link (mountain king) instead of .mdx it changes to .mdl? and the model doesn't work on the game its just a shadow.... Any ideas?

Perhaps the model is corrupted. where you get the custom model from?

I used the DwarfWarrior2 Skin though.
