Problem with 3-D sounds

I imported zap5.mp3 at this site:
Free sound effects - download free sound files
then:

• Soundsystem
  • Ereignisse
    • Zeit - Every 5.00 seconds of game time
  • Bedingungen
  • Aktionen
    • Sound - Play zap5 <gen> at 100.00% volume, attached to X-Wing 0008 <gen>

But there wasn't any sound...

Why?

Is the sound marked as a 3d sound in the sound editor?(Double click it to see).

Also if you want to use trigger tags properly you need to write Events, Conditions and Actions in English instead of in your native language.

But it's marked as a 3d sound. And it still doesn't work.
