Problem removing ChaosSpaceOrc's horns & tusks.

Hey folks. Did anyone ever try to skin the ChaosSpaceOrc critter? Well, I'm trying to, but I'm having trouble alpha'ing out the horns and tusks. It seems the alpha layer won't recognise it as something I want removed!
Did any of you guys try this before, and if you have, did it work? or is this skin/model a special case?

Well um isn't it true that some parts of a skin cannot be alpha'd out?

Didn't think so either.

So why'd you bring it up as a possible reason?

You actually had me worrieng there. If I get this right, that chaosspaceorc will be a smashing good Firebat unit, without the need for custom modelling.

alpha - ing seems no problem in the present and has worked in the past and present so it should work on any skin...

no... I don't alpha out strange parts of a skin only specific areas
