How do i post a skin? I go to add skin and i put in the skin and stuff, but it doesent work

I will explain it in steps:

1. Go to: Add/Update Recources.
2. Go to: Skins.
3. Go to: Add New Skin
4. Pick a Category
5. Choose the Skin from your computer(ONLY a .BLP!!)
6. Choose a .JPG file for the screenshot
7. Submit the Skin!
