I know this is stupid, but i am ready to post a model...so where do i send it?

I dont see it. Actually, there is the words Add/ Update placed convieniently behind the Forums and Ban/Warn List with a non-active link. Maybe its my computer, but the setup at the top bar is weird. The answer is probably right in front of me anyway, blah...

it is on the left side of the log out button...

Its your computer's set up. Hold down crtl and move the mouse wheel down to shrink the text size enough so you can see the add/update resources without anything on top of it
