Portraits not talking

Hi all! I'm doing a little cinematic with the world editor in Reforged; I set up a dialogue between some units, with text and custom audio files. Everything runs smoothly but during the cinematic the portraits don't "talk" (meaning the audio lines play correctly, but the face of the units doesn't move its lips). Is there a way to fix this?

This is the trigger, just in case, but when I did the same back in the day with Classic I didn't have this problem.
