Poltroonery tooltip wrong?

Yesterday while playing, some of my teammates said that description of poltroonery ring is wrong and it gives 7 damage instead of 8. I myself don't have this item, thus can't check it but thought this should be reported.

It's true it still gives 7 as opposed to the 8 on the text
