Well as I knew what he wanted there really was no further information needed.

You could also say he didn't follow the request sheet, which is stickied. In the end it doesn't matter for this request because it was so simple.

But yes, in general requests like this are usually ignored or flamed.

There's a lot more information needed. "Polearms" is a massive term that describes a crapton of weapons. He should be far more specific

Also, he should probably post pictures or examples or something. Basically, its a fail of a request that won't get done, despite how easy it is. And all because the original poster is lazy
