hands up if anyone else remembers that show :D

eh.....
I wanted it to be good, but they dissapointed me on so many levels in that game
I mean the story was an interesting premise, but they failed in the whole exploration part that's been pretty important to the pokemon series - the random dungeons weren't generate the greatest and sometimes had very poorly placed exits, each dungeon only had like 4 tiles, the penalty for dying was just excessive....

Also if you chose Pikachu in the beginning of the game, almost all bosses are a breeze since all of them except Groudon share a weakness to electric attacks.

I spent 3 years on Mystery dungeon (not of game time ofc =P)
To get every pokemon...
My strongest on that thing is a tyranitar lvl 100 999 attack 999 Special attack, 999 Defense, 999 Special defence, Max IQ etc.
Replability of that game is just epic proportions - Provided you can be arsed to get into every bonus dungeon (Theres something like 12)
I spent full nights getting through 99 floored dungeons x_x

I may have joined this thread late, but i am a HUGE Pokemon fan, i've been playing since Red and Blue version, and probably will be playing 50 years down the track where they make some other random name that has 50 billion different pokemon (and still, i'll have a complete pokedex {LOL})

yeah, jirachi

dammit I want a celebi or a mew, not some crappy jirachi >__>

Bulbapedia said:
As previously reported, European copies of Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver are able to download a Jirachi via Wi-Fi connection. It is now known that North American players can also obtain this Pokémon starting June 26, 2010. The distribution ends at the same time as the European event, July 16, 2010. Similar distributions have already been held in Australia and Japan.

Like the previously released Jirachi, it arrives in a Cherish Ball at level 5 knowing the moves Wish, Confusion, Rest and Draco Meteor. It is holding the Liechi Berry and wearing a Classic Ribbon. The Original Trainer is SMR2010 and the ID Number is 06260. The Fateful Encounter Jirachi, once received, will unlock the Night Sky's Edge Pokéwalker Route.

Jirachi > Celebi
Jirachi > Mew

Jirachi will hax your opponent to death with Iron Head, Zen headbutt, Thunderbolt... anything with a secondary effect, really.
If you can get your hands on a Celebi as well, I reccomend this combo: Swords Dance + BP Celebi can pass attack boosts to a Choice Scarfed Jirachi. Do this after threats to Jewrachi have been eliminated.
