Can anyone pls tell me what i need to improve on to get to VHS?? I haven't started calibrating yet coz' i don't want a low starting MMR..

"Very High Skill", the skill bracket that the valve matchmaking system puts you into depending on your current skill level.
When your calibrating MMR, "Normal skill" = Anywhere between 1k and 3k
High skill = between 3k and 3.5
Very High skill = 3.5k Calibration confirmed.
Although the Ranked Rating system was changed recently (2-3 days ago) with Medals and shit and new calibration stuff so I cant say for sure since the MMR range for each skill bracket may vary now.
