Hi i wana mak maps and new model files for war3 ,but i dont know nothink (how to do them).For this pls help me. I dont know how to put new model files in mpq and how to create new model files.:sad:

The mapmaker comes with Warcraft III. If you cannot find it anywhere go to C:/Program Files/Warcraft III and it will be there.

As for models: GO HERE
