Please help me tweak this model/skin

hello guys, okay at the moment im trying to finalize a model of mine, its a very simple one based off a satyr trickster. what ive done so far ive removed the weapon from it and all i need now is a horn removal and a skin change, i want a black tinting colour and wen im done it should look something like a werewolf from wat ive pictured. model is below thanks again guys
