Players getting disconnected.

I'm wondering if it could be caused by a memory leak...

But whenever I host my map after about 4 or 5 seconds everyone gets disconnected. When someone else hosts my map, I get disconnected after 4 or 5 seconds.

I can post my triggers if anyone thinks thats the reason why people are getting kicked...

any other possibilities?

I did use pan camera right at the beginning. Who woulda though?? lol

what's the best method to move around the camera in MP then?

I do have initialisation triggers... one trigger just sets a whole bunch of variables, quests, puts players in player group variables etc... then other creates units for the players under my creation algorithim that guarantees no two players start in the same spot. yep that took me like 2 days :p

I do pan camera in the initialisation though.

EDIT: do other camera or cinematic functions cause server spills? because I use them quite often for little monotomy breaking cinematics.

Thats not entirely true - sometimes wc3 hsa problems telling the cams apart from one another and when that happens (+ the mixed cams get different orders while beeing mixed) it can (but not neccessarily does) create a server split.

Is it possible that the USMWE function 'local player' causes splits? I eliminated all local players and replaced them by variables, went through all my pick every player and unit and replaced them with variables.....

And it works!!! noone gets kicked!!

untill of course I used my camera function that sets camera height... then everyone got kicked... DAMN!!
