Falcon Prism Hovercraft -- by Edge45

*Has a long range
*Upon hitting the primary target, a prism ray would refract into several smaller rays hitting nearby enemies.
*Immune to Frost
*Will stuck on the ground during an Ion Storm, however does not sink and functions as naval vessel during an Ion Storm
