Picture Comment Notice

Sometimes, "Thank you for posting! You will now be taken to your comment. [..redirect..]" appears when I comment on pictures, sometimes not. Why does it appear? It's annoying. :I

I noticed that it only happens (at least that's what I noticed) if you're making the very first comment on that picture.

I think it depends on how long time the page has been open, but I am not sure.
