Well, actually, the Zerg do have a unit called the Infestor which can spit out Infested Terrans, which have guns
They can also attach themselves to enemy units and have control the unit as long as they are attached to it. I've heard they also have the ability to infest Terran buildings, but I haven't checked yet.

Well, they don't infest the buildings. They just latch on to it making unable to do anything as long as they're on it. This can also be done to the Protoss buildings, I think
