Phoenix Fire not showing?

Hello out there. First time i am using phoenix fire in a map and i've made it into a hero ability instead, but when i pick the ability in game, it doesn't show up. Is it supposed to not show (so i will have to create some aura ability and give it to the hero learning the ability) or is there some option or something i should change?

It is not supposed to show. If you want it to be levelable, find another passive ability and remove it effects and use it as a dummy, so when it level up, change the level of the phoenix fire.
