Passive Slow (like LoA's Frostmourne)

Hey guys!
Anyone knows how to get the hero a passive Frost Strike in Melee Form?
So every Attack Slows and deals extra damage. The higher the level the higher the slow rate and extra damage.

Just take the ability the Black Citadel uses that gives cold damage and modify it to your tastes and needs.

grrr...just use slow poison for petes sake, change to buff to ice like thing or w/e u wish!!

you should not use frost attack (as used by undead buildings) because is is not directly customizable - its options are set in gameplay constants; use slow poison as spyda man suggested.

keep in mind that it is an attack modifier (=orb) ability...

Take any passive slow ability and set its range. If for a melee, 100 or 125 will do.
