This is a little experiment made entirely of non-modelspace particles that have forward velocity, simulating somewhat the physics of a breath attack. It only spawns particles for 0.3 seconds so you probably want the projectile to be fast enough to reach its target in that time. Can conceivably be used either as a missile or an effect.
