A bloody\stabbed\on-a-stick eye could also be useful, I think. Also how about a demonic\evil eye?

Good idea. An on-a-stick eye is already made by Blizzard, but a bloody one sounds neat.

The Blind icon could be used as a spell which, well, blinds.
The other three icons could be used as eye-sight upgrades.
The blind and the "Tier 1" upgrade could be used as items.
Any of them could be used as a "true sight" kind of ability.
