Other frame parent than ConsoleUIBackdrop?

Hello, I was using ConsoleUIBackdrop as parent of a lot of my custom frames to make them appear in the far left and far right of the screen, the issue with that is in the 2.0 version added the option to change the size of the HUD, and that messes up the size of the frames if they change them to other value less than 100.
So is there another frame that I can use as parent to get the same results? I know that I could use Leaderboard, but that makes the custom frames appear above ALL the default W3 frames, and I don't wanna that.

Maybe add your own frame scaler (a slider) to counteract the changes, that way players can customize it to their liking.
