Organization for development of WoW until Burning Crusade

Hello to everyone. I came here to try to organize a group to make a World of Warcraft up to The Burning Crusade. Objective of this topic is to find (recruiting) people for development. Can do something similar, because I've seen that made a small version World of Starcraft (Starcraft Universe).

Come with addons like X-Perl (HP and MP bars), Recount (DPS and healing), and more ... If addons have copyright, do similar.
